Privacy policy

What we keep
- Account: login, password (stored as a hash, never as plain text), email if you provide one, creation date.
- Game: characters, items, guild and progress.
- Purchases: orders, amounts, payment status and diamond transactions.
- Usage logs: IP address and in-game actions — the map you were on, use of auto farm and chat messages.
What for
To run the game and the site, process purchases, provide support, contain fraud and abuse, and study player behavior to fix balance problems. We don't use this data for advertising.
For how long
- Account and game data, for as long as the account exists.
- Usage logs, including chat messages, for up to 90 days; after that they are deleted.
- Payment records, for as long as tax law requires.
Who we share it with
- Mercado Pago — to charge and confirm the Pix payment.
- Cloudflare — site delivery and protection.
- Oracle Cloud — server hosting.
We don't sell or hand over your data to third parties outside this list.
Payment
Payment happens inside Mercado Pago. We don't receive or store card numbers, bank accounts or Pix keys — only the result of the charge and the amount.
Cookies
Two, and neither is third-party: mu_session, which keeps you signed in for 7 days, and mu_ref, which stores for 30 days the referral code of whoever brought you, to fill in the field at sign-up. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party measurement cookies.
Your rights
The LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) gives you the right to know what data we hold, correct it, request a copy and request deletion of the account and of the data we are not required to keep. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 15 days.
Minors
If you are under 18, use the service and make purchases with the authorization of the person responsible for you.
