How to get the Dinorant
How to get the Dinorant, the flying mount that takes you to Icarus without wings: where Horn of Uniria comes from, where to combine it and the shortcut through the Elf Soldier quests.
The Dinorant is the mount that flies. With it any class gets into Icarus without wings, which is why so many players go for it before their 1st level wings.
The path
- Collect Horn of Uniria. It drops from monsters level 25 and up, on any map. It is rare: keep every one that drops.
- Set aside a Jewel of Chaos and some zen. Jewel of Chaos drops from monsters up to level 66; see jewels and economy.
- Take everything to the Chaos Goblin, in Noria 180,103. Put the Horn of Uniria and the jewel in the combination window and confirm.
The result is the Horn of Dinorant. Equip it in the pet slot and your character flies.
The combination can fail. Collect spare Horn of Uniria before you try.
The shortcut: Elf Soldier quests
From level 260 to 319, the Elf Soldier's random quests can give a ready Horn of Dinorant, with no combination. They repeat, and each reward is random. The Elf Soldier stands in Lorencia, Devias and Noria. See every level range in Elf Soldier quests.
With Idle
Horn of Uniria is small and gets lost among the loot. With VIP, set Idle to Pick up items by name with the text "Horn": it collects the Uniria without filling your inventory.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Dinorant replace wings?
To enter Icarus, yes. But wings also give damage and defense; the Dinorant does not. See how to make wings.
Can every class use it?
Yes, from level 110. The Dinorant works for every class.
Is there a Fenrir on the server?
No. The Fenrir cannot be made here: the mounts are the Dinorant and, for the Dark Lord, the Dark Horse.
